How this website works

This website is deliberately lean. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Fonts and all other files are delivered from our own hosting. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Visiting the website, server logs

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

Hosting

The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). In doing so, Cloudflare processes the connection data listed above as a processor. A data processing agreement is in place. Any transfer to third countries is safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage period

We keep enquiries and the resulting correspondence for as long as necessary to handle them, and thereafter within the statutory retention periods, in particular the retention period of seven years under Austrian commercial and tax law.

Recipients

Your data is only passed on to the processors named above and to our tax advisers and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data and do not create advertising profiles.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact mario@krobotec.at.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde): dsb.gv.at.
